Day 1 : Tanger – Chefchaouen – Fes:
Today our private Morocco tour starts and we drive through the Rif Mountains. We will visit city of Chefchaouan which is one of the stunning villages in Morocco. It has a Spanish-style square and it’s surrounded by arts and crafts stores. After lunch here we continue to Fes. Here we spend the night in local hotel.
Day 2 : Fes Guided Tour:
Morocco Adventure Trips continue today by guided tour. We visit the medina and we walk inside its alleys. The tour includes a visit of the Jewish quarter, the Royal Palace, famous tanneries and the Quaraouine madrasa which is considered as the 1st university in the world. This night we stay in local hotel in Fes.
Day 3 : Fes – Ifrane – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga:
Today we travel to Ifrane, often called as the Switzerland of Morocco for its unique architecture and atmosphere. We continue to Azrou – Berber village in the cedar forest. Then we drive to Midelt and we pass Ziz valley to reach Erfoud and Rissani. Once we arrive to Merzouga, we stay in desert hotel.
Day 4 : Merzouga Desert Tour:
Today we explore the Sahara desert in Merzouga by 4×4. We will visit Khamlia village – famous for local Gnawa people and we will learn about their traditional music. We will visit Nomad family living in the desert and later today we will drive to Rissani to visit its local souk. We drive back to the Merzouga and we prepare for a unique camel ride into the desert. Our desert tour will be guided by an experienced camel guide and we explore sand dunes during our camel ride. We will reach Sahara desert camp to enjoy dinner at campfire with Berber music. We stay overnight in desert camp and we may climb high dune to watch sunset in desert.
Day 5 : Merzouga – Erfoud – Gorges Todgha – Gorges Dades:
We will wake up early to enjoy a magnificent sunrise on the dunes then take a camel ride back to the hotel. After freshening up and breakfast we’ll leave for Tinghir and the Todra Gorges and finally arrive in the Dades Valley where we will have dinner and spend the night.
Day 6 : Gorges Dades – Valley Of Roses – Ouarzazate:
After breakfast we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat Mgouna passing the route of the thousand Kasbahs. We’ll visit the Roses valley and also Skoura village. Then we continue to Ouarzazat, “the Hollywood of Africa”. We will is it here local movie studios and also Kasbah. We stay overnight in local hotel.
Day 7 : Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi N`Tichka – Marrakech:
After breakfast we will visit famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco, also UNESCO World Heritage site. Our Morocco Adventure Trips continues through the Tizi nTichka mountain pass over the High Atlas Mountains. Then we will arrive in Marrakech late afternoon and that’s the end of our Morocco Adventure Trips.
Day 8 : Marrakech Guided Tour:
Today after breakfast, we will have a guided tour of Marrakech and we enjoy a visit of the Koutoubia minaret, the majorly gardens, Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and also the Dar Si Said Palace museum of jewellery. We spend this night in a traditional riad in Marrakech.
Day 9 : Marrakech – Casablanca:
On the last day of our Morocco Adventure Trips we drive you to the airport in Marrakech or in Casablanca.
