Day 1 : Tangier – Chefchaouen:

We will pick you up from the port then star tour journey across the spectacular Rif mountains toward Tetoun and along incredibly dramatic landscapes, and then arrive into Chefchaouan, a beautifully sited beneath the raw peaks of the Rif, Chefchaouen is one of the prettiest towns in Morocco, an artsy , blue-washed mountain village that feels like its own world. The old medina is a delight of Moroccan and Andalucian influence with red-tiled roofs, bright-blue buildings and narrow lanes converging on busy Plaza Uta el-Hammam and its restored kasbah. Here you will spend a night in a nice accommodation with a panoramic view that allows you to enjoy the breeze and the beauty of the nature.

Chefchaouan :

Chefchaouan or Chaouen, as it is often called by Moroccans, is a popular tourist destination because of its proximity to T angier and the Spanish enclave of Ceuta. The name refers to the shape of the mountain tops above the town, that look like the two horns (chaoua) of a goat. “Chef Chaouen” derives from the Berber word for horns, Ichawen. There are approximately two hundred hotels catering to the summer influx of European tourists. One distinction possessed by Chefchaouen is its blue-rinsed houses and buildings.
